Rate Limiting
To ensure fair usage and platform stability, we implement rate limits:
- Starter Plan: 100 messages per day
- Pro Plan: 1,000 messages per day
- Enterprise: Custom limits available
What Happens at the Limit?
When you reach your daily limit, your agent will politely inform users that it's temporarily unavailable and offer to connect them with a human agent.
Upgrading Your Limits
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately.
