Capturing leads with Native Forms

One of the most powerful features of NovaSupport is the ability to capture leads directly within your AI conversations. Native Forms let you collect names, emails, phone numbers, and more without interrupting the chat experience.

What are Native Forms?

Native Forms are inline forms that appear naturally within the chat conversation. Instead of redirecting users to a separate landing page, you can capture lead information right where the conversation is happening.

Setting Up Your First Form

  1. Navigate to Native Forms: Go to the Native Forms section in your dashboard.
  2. Create a New Form: Click "Add New Form" and give it a name.
  3. Add Fields: Choose which information you want to collect (Name, Email, Phone, Custom fields).
  4. Set Triggers: Decide when the form should appear in conversations.

Form Triggers

You can control when your forms appear:

  • Manual: The form only appears when you specifically trigger it.
  • Keyword-based: The form appears when users mention specific words or phrases.
  • Conversation-based: The form appears after a certain number of messages.

Best Practices

  • Keep forms short – 2-3 fields maximum for best conversion rates.
  • Use conversational language in your form prompts.
  • Offer something valuable in exchange for the information.

Viewing Your Leads

All captured leads appear in the Leads section of your dashboard. You can export them to CSV or connect them directly to your CRM through our integrations.
